Day 1: Yogyakarta Arrival
Welcome to Yogyakarta – the soul of Java. Today, welcome by Go Indonesia’s local guide, and then we directly transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Day 2: Yogyakarta City Tour
A full day of Jogja Bali tour to explore Yogyakarta heritage sites. After breakfast, make your way to Borobudur temple – one of the greatest Buddhist monuments in the world boarding the largest Buddhist temple on earth. Then follow your guide to Prambanan Temple, the man-made masterpiece of the Hindu people. Proceed to Candijero Village. You will get a taste of local life with a horsecart ride through the village. Pass through the small lanes lined with traditional houses and there will be stops for you to see village activities such as making cassava crackers, playing the gamelan and harvesting and drying vanilla and chili.
Day 3: Surabaya
Today will be a long day of traveling to Surabaya. You will travel on a scenic train ride through the breathtaking landscape of Java. After settling into your hotel, you can spend time gazing out at the daily life of people and ancient temples mosques, and museums.
Day 4: Mount Bromo
Power up this morning with a visit to Surabaya’s spice market to get a glimpse at the local trading. Then head to the cooler climate of Mount Bromo – one of the best-known active volcanoes in Indonesia. Enjoy the scenic view along the way. Set inside a massive caldera, this magnificent mountain attracts adventurers from all over the world. On arrival, marvel at the spectacular view from the crater of the rim of the mountain.
Day 5: Ijen National Park
Rise before dawn this morning to take a sunrise tour to take a spectacular sunrise tour to Mount Bromo. You will have a window to some of the most amazing landscapes exposing their beauty at sunrise.
After that, your guide will take you to Ijen Plateau.
Day 6: Ijen National Park
A full day to explore the greatest acidic lake on earth. Trek up Mount Ijen and observe the incredible sea of colors from the astonishing blue-greenish lake combined with the yellow sulfur and the brownish-red rocks surrounding it.
After that, follow your guide to the fishing villages and plantations that are scattered around the area before returning to your hotel.
Day 7: Bali Barat National Park
End of the first week of the Indonesia tour vacation, say goodbye to Ijen and board a ferry to Bali. Take time to enjoy the fresh cool air along the way. On arrival at Bali, transfer to the Bali Barat National Park. Here you will spend time trekking through the stunning landscape to see many animals such as deer, black monkeys, and monitor lizards.
Later on, transfer to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 8: Bali Barat National Park
Day at leisure in Bali Barat National Park. You can join a snorkeling trip to observe the wonderful sea life under the water. Ready to be mesmerized by the beautiful coral reef and colorful fish.
Day 10: Ubud
Morning in Indonesia tour vacation, drive toward the southeast to Ubud, a charming town to savor the sight, sound, and flavor. Make a stop at Mas, Celuk, and Batu Bulan village where you can watch Indonesia’s best craftsmen at work. From here drive up the hill to reach the point from where you can experience an amazing vista of Mount Batur.
Day 11: Ubud – Kintamani
Today head toward the north to Kintamani to get a real taste of the countryside. Visit Tampaksiring Temple, the sacred water temple which possesses the holy water to heal power. Take your time to indulge in the peaceful vista in the temple land. Then recover your health from morning sightseeing with a relaxing dip in the Toya Bunka Hot Springs.
Day 12: Kintamani – Lovina
Say goodbye to Kintamani this morning to transfer to Lovina, a destination of the breathtaking green hills fringing a sprawling city during the Jogja Bali tour. What’s more, the beach in Lovina is calm, thin, and overamped attraction nil. Today you will visit Pura Puncak Penulisan, the highest temple in Bali located on the summit of Penulisan Mountain. Listen to your guide to learn more about the fascinating history of the temple.
Afterward, head to Beji Temple, one of the oldest temples in Bali.
Later on, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 13: Lovina – Menjangan Island
After breakfast, this morning, travel along the northern coastline of Bali to Mimpi Banjar where you will collect your snorkeling equipment before heading to Menjangan Island. Take this chance to immerse into the turquoise water and discover the underground habitats of the sea creatures in the Jogja Bali tour.
In the afternoon, make your way to Banjar Hot Springs to take a rejuvenating dip in the warm water.
Day 14: Bedugul – South Bali
This morning, set off towards the South of Bali via Git Git Waterfall. Here you can enjoy a relaxing dip at the secluded plunge pool before continuing to Ulun Danu Bratan Temple – the Goddess of the Lake. Next, set in the stunning lake with a mountain backdrop, this is one of the not-to-miss destinations while visiting Bali. Finally, take your time to gaze out at the charming temple and save your best photos before transferring to Candi Kuning, a traditional market where you will find an array of local fruits and vegetables.
Day 15: Bali Departure
